Our first class customer service
includes helping you select the text, font and any logo or artwork you would
like included at no extra charge.
We will confirm your order promptly
and send you a design proof of the proposed layout. You may feel free to
make any changes until the design is just the way you want it.
Upon receiving written approval of
the final proof and a deposit, we will begin production.
Painting
Glass and Crystal
Painting the engraving is optional on
glass and crystal. The natural engraved look is very nice and many
prefer to leave it that way. However, an alternative is to paint fill
the engraving. This option adds the ability to match colors of a
wedding or organization. There is an additional charge for adding
paint fill and the extra paint charge has not been included in the price
since it is optional.
Marble and Stone
Painting the engraving is optional on marble and stone
but is recommended because the natural color of the piece goes all
the way through the piece. The natural engraved look would not be able
to be seen as well. However, by paint filling the engraving, we not only add a
look of beauty and distinction but we also add the ability to match colors
of a wedding or organization. There is an additional charge for adding
paint fill and the extra paint charge has not been included in the price
since it is optional.

Pricing
Our prices generally include all design, layout and
engraving charges. Normally, there are no setup charges, charges per letter or for
additional text or any minimum order requirements. However, there may be
an art conversion charge for any images furnished to us that are not in the
format that we use.
Production Time
& Rush Orders
Orders typically leave our studio within
2-3 weeks of receiving your approval of the artwork and
deposit. Orders required sooner are possible but may be subject to rush order
charges. Any rush order charges or extended delivery times will be clearly
discussed at the time of your order.
