Jade Glass: Machine made. No imperfections. All planes are highly polished. Glass has a deep jade tint. The thicker the piece the more pronounced the jade color. Good clarity. Thicker pieces in this category have substantial weight.
G.
Mouth-blown glass of good quality. Expect some minor bubbles and swirls that are inherent to mouth-blown glass. Dimensions and weight will vary from piece to piece. Glass may have a very subtle aqua tint. Very good clarity and sparkle. Substantial weight. Variations will occur on styles with hand-cut patterns due to its hand-crafted nature.
P.
Hand-made glass of fair quality. Expect some bubbles and swirls whose appearance are minimized by the etching. Oceans are etched with the continents clear. Etching is done by hand and will vary with each piece.
W.
Black plate glass of excellent quality and no imperfections.
X.
Starphire Glass: Machine made. No imperfections. All planes are highly polished. Glass has a slight aqua tint but not nearly as green as jade glass. Very good clarity and sparkle. Substantial weight.
