Key Features

Agate is a banded, multicolored, variety of Chalcedony, a Microcrystalline variety of Quartz. It occurs in an infinite amount of colors and patterns, and no two Agates are alike. The extraordinary beauty and uniqueness of Agate is responsible for its great popularity. It usually forms in rounded nodules or knobs which are sliced open to bring out the internal pattern hidden in the stone and polished to bring out its full charm.

Our Agate comes from Brazil and is highly polished on both sides of each slice. We have a variety of colors, including brown, black, blue and turquoise. Each piece has been sliced very thin: 1/16"-3/16" thick and we offer two sizes:

We enhance the beauty of each piece by custom engraving it to meet your needs.  One very popular example is to have a slice personalized with a friend's name surrounded by words of inspiration, encouragement or empowerment.

The pictures below are of our current inventory. We will do our best to keep the inventory pictures current, however each order is subject to a previous sale.  The prices quoted include the agate slice and the custom engraving.
